Re: New Firmware v2.3.2.108 (XR500)
Hi @Netduma-Fraser,
What speeds are you getting through the router using speedtest.net for example?
- I'm getting my ISP speeds 250/20 on both wired and wireless.
Is it only wireless devices or wired as well?
- Both. PS5 and note are wired.
The Geo-Filter can cause a misreading of NAT on the game but it will actually be open - what did the console network settings say for NAT?
- PS5: Open - COD BOCW: Moderate. If I add port forwarding I get Open in game as well.
Thanks.

Re: New Firmware v2.3.2.108 (XR500)
@ivanrei Interesting, are you using custom DNS or the one provided by your ISP? If that works for you then that's great, I would try disabling the Geo-Filter at some point without them and see if it changes to open.

Re: New Firmware v2.3.2.108 (XR500)
I'll give that a try for the NAT type.
What do you think I should do about the other problem, Go back to 108?
As I'm basically not even using my home network for browsing and E-mailing because of this problem,
Thanks.

Re: New Firmware v2.3.2.108 (XR500)
The devices I have been using and testing are all wired so far, if that makes any difference. I have not played with wireless at all yet.

Re: New Firmware v2.3.2.108 (XR500)
Any idea how far off another Beta (or offical) release is? Trying to decide whether or not it's worth installing .114, as it's a PITA having to factory reset.

We don't have an ETA for the full release yet, but the beta version are getting better and better so hopefully it won't be too far in the future!

Re: New Firmware v2.3.2.108 (XR500)
That's a pre-beta verison, unfortuantely it shares the .114 version number which has created some confusion!

Any reason I get a monster ping at the start of the Ping Test. Happens every test regardless of QoS settings.

Re: New Firmware v2.3.2.108 (XR500)
This has a couple issues to address.
Well my router finally did reboot on it's own. The first time I know of. since I have owned it (April 2018). In the process of trying to send me and forward the logs I had issues getting the settings and log e-mail to work. As far as I know I had set up correctly and tried two different e-mails. One was a yahoo account and the other was my ISP e-mail account. I did notice that after entering my e-mail password (if it is needed) and hitting apply it would blank out the password field. No idea if that is normal since I never tried to set it up before.
Would love some help trying to get it to work though if time or anyone else in here has it working.
I went ahead and copied and pasted the log to a file and it is attached. It should contain from the reboot until I stopped with the e-mails.
Two questions I have for anyone who might know. Does the log clear on a reboot and is it suppose to? Mine was, seems strange to not keep that info.
Secondly and this drives me nuts. Is there a way to legthen the in-activity timeout for the router login or am I just missing it?
Thanks,
John aka Funstuff

Re: New Firmware v2.3.2.108 (XR500)
Would you please separate these settings? My roomate and I have our own cast devices. I have him set up on the guest network while i use the main network. I do not want to see his cast devices on my network and vice versa. Disabling this option prevents him from casting to his own devices. 2 separate options would be nice
1. Allow guests to see each other
2. Allow guests to access my local network.
Whatever needs to be done so he can't see my devices and i can't see his. Google doesn't have a way to do this. I have already looked. I'm sure I'm not the only only person who wants this. Thanks

Re: New Firmware v2.3.2.108 (XR500)
hello I hope that you are healthy, will there be any version with repaired qos and corrections, because there was no version other than 114DHCP for a long time, I saw that other platforms received newer versions

Re: New Firmware v2.3.2.108 (XR500)
What issue are you currently experiencing with QoS? Of course any bugs found during these beta firmware's are being worked on and will be resolved before a full release!

Re: New Firmware v2.3.2.108 (XR500)
@Netduma-Liam sorry but you are probably not up to date, and that's not good, a few posts above we wrote that the factory reset does not clean the qos memory, and it works incorrectly,

Apologies, both myself and the team are aware of that issue, it's being worked on diligently
