Could you try putting the interface language back to English, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes then access please and see if it works

Do you know where I can find the updates that are not Duma OS 3.0 because I'm having issues with connectivity I don't want to downgrade to the older Duma OS 3.0 I just want to downgrade to the other tomorrow with that is not 3.0

I am seriously getting tired of having to reboot my router up to multiple times a day because it loses the internet connection.. this has been an issue ever since the first Duma 3.0 beta _AGES_ ago. Will this ever be fixed?

The XR500 seems like the worst router purchase in history by now for me..  never seen such an unstable firmware in my life for that long.

We are working with Netgear to get a firmware out as soon as possible, it's with NG at the moment, once they test it and it's fine we'll then test it and then it should be released barring any issues

The issue I have with the new net Duma 3.0 update that the network isn't stable it doesn't lose connection per se but the connection gets super slow on Wi-Fi restarting the router sometimes fixes the issue but not permanently so sometimes I reset it to factory default I gave up doing that... so what I did is I downgraded to the older net Duma non-duma Os 3.0 and now I'm not having issues

OK, that may be related to the same issue but it's hard to say without troubleshooting. We're working on new firmware currently so hopefully the next firmware will resolve that issue for you.

There is a known issue the NG is aware of. 

I changed the default DHCP IP address pool on the router to 192.168.1.100 to .200 and issues didn't happen again while using v.130 FW.

My XR500 restarted and reset itself overnight.  Thankfully, this only happens every couple of months but completely unexpectedly and typically overnight.  Questions:

• Is anyone else experiencing this
• Is there any way to retrace when and why this happened?  My router is connected to a UPS.
• Is it worth downgrading or should I continue to wait for a firmware upgrade

This is becoming frustrating, to say the least.  I'm almost done.

Usually when this happens it's down to the power, we usually suggest plugging directly into an outlet and it's usually resolved but as you're using a UPS I can see why you may not want to do this

Thank you for your reply.  The problem is, this router has been connected to a UPS forever, and the random restarts - which always prompt a reset, whether it's a planned restart or not - began with the .130 version of firmware.

In that case do consider downgrading, we are working on the next version and hopefully that won't be long now. It will go through a lot of testing and be more stable so the issue may be resolved there.

NG doesn't post information on if or when new FW will be forth coming. Takes time for fix bugs and develop FW. Doesn't happen over night.

That's not the case, Netgear don't just put 3.0 into the firmware, they work on their own fixes and improvements as well.
