Sure, if it's always the same port perhaps you could try adding a port forwarding rule for that port and perhaps the next port up (i.e 3074 and 3075).

Set NAT to Open in WAN Settings instead and you shouldn't have any issues.

You should be able to get Open with that option set to open, are you using port forwarding/triggering/DMZ at the same time as that would cause a conflict, so best to just use that option and keep UPnP default.

Right OK, thanks for confirming and for troubleshooting with us.
There are a couple of fixes for UPnP that NETGEAR are doing so hopefully this should be resolved in the next firmware. We'll also try to replicate the issue internally to provide them with more info on it. In the mean time, it may be best to roll back to the last firmware if this issue is causing serious disruption for you.
