Serial number is already registered in our system.
I just purchased a XR500 device previously owned and would like to register it under my profile, but when I try to do it the system reports it has already been registered.
How can I transfer the registration to my name?

But is there a reason you want it registered?
You can still set it up and do everything but open a support ticket without it being registered.
