Serial number is already registered in our system.

I just purchased a XR500 device previously owned and would like to register it under my profile, but when I try to do it the system reports it has already been registered.

How can I transfer the registration to my name?

But is there a reason you want it registered?

You can still set it up and do everything but open a support ticket without it being registered.

What about remote menagement? Can the previous owner do it?

You're still able to use all those features and remote management is a feature you can access so the previous owner wouldn't be able to influence anything. @DarrenM will respond as soon as he can regarding registering. Due to everything with COVID-19 this may take longer than usual.
