I just ran 4 test and they where all the same

I'd suggest reupgrading the firmware using the TFTP method, this bypasses the boot process and any issues there then once done do a factory reset for the freshest install possible and retest the speeds: https://kb.netgear.com/000059634/How-to-upload-firmware-to-a-NETGEAR-router-using-Windows-TFTP

just did everything as instructed and not any better =/

Do you have a spare router you can put between the modem and XR to see if it gets the speeds then/if it then gets it in AP mode? That would then really give us a good idea of what the idea is and potential next steps.

Okay I’ll see what I can do about getting another router. I don’t personally have another one so I’ll have to search around and find one to borrow
