XR1000 dumaOS not loaded yet

Hi I have a XR1000 Router and when i try to log in with the 192.xxx.x.x it comes up with dumaOS not loaded yet. Can someone help?

Firmware Version: V1.0.0.64_1.0.49

add: the router is connected to a netgear CM1000v2 modem

Can you disconnect the power cable from the XR1000 for ten minutes, then reconnect it again and after a few minutes see if you're able to access the interface?

Be sure to clear out all browser caches before entering the XR1000s web page. 
Try a different browser. I use MS Edge here.

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update? Don't load any saved config files from backup. Just new install using MS Edge browser?

i cannot login to the routerlogin.com thats when i get the error

all of these lead to the dumaOS not yet loaded

Press the reset button in back for 10 seconds then release. 

Be sure to clear the browser cache before trying 192.168.1.1 after you release the reset button.

I would disconnect the XR from the ISP modem before you reset it as well. 

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.

Ah got cha, early here. Off to get some hot tea. 

Reset should get you going. 
Recommend setting the default DHCP IP address pool range to the following after applying and a factory reset: 192.168.#.100 to 192.168.#.200.
