XR500 5GHz channel not showing up in Device Manager
Hi,
I have devices that are connected to my 5 GHz channel, but they (and the channel) are not showing up in the Device manager. I'm using firmware version V2.3.2.56
I made an unlisted YouTube video documenting the issue to help try to explain it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LuIdf-MDgu0&feature=youtu.be
Any help is greatly appreciated!
Thank you

This is the same exact issue I am seeing. everything works great and then after a 1-3 days, the 5GHz channel just stops and dies. then the the 2.4GHz is extremely slow

Re: XR500 5GHz channel not showing up in Device Manager
Here's a suggestion I've just thought of for both of you, could you setup a guest 5GHz network and see if the same issues exist on that please?
It also may be worth checking out some of the suggestions in this topic from Bateman and seeing if they work for you at all. https://community.netgear.com/t5/Nighthawk-Pro-Gaming-Routers/XR500-Wifi-Slows-to-a-crawl/m-p/182439...

Re: XR500 5GHz channel not showing up in Device Manager
Hi,
I setup the Guest 5 GHz channel and after a few days I am still able to connect to it and it appears in device manager. However the regular 5 GHz channel is still not displaying.
