XRM570 Nighthawk Pro Gaming completely disconnects from the network
Hello,
Since 2 weeks now I have been having some minor issues (lag). Already called my provider and they did not see any issues. Then I started having disconnects for extended periods of time.
I resetted the XRM and it worked again, so this seems to be the issue.
Didn't have any issues for weeks, but now it starts to disconnect again and I can't get it to connect again. The leds are blinking etc. so it does seem fine from the outside.
I am not even able to connect to the router from any of my devices, so I can't even see the firmware.
If I bypass the router, my network works just fine, but I need it to have several connections as I am working from home at the moment because of the recent crisis and I am at the end of my rope here. Please assist.
Will provide with all the required info as much as I can.

Re: XRM570 Nighthawk Pro Gaming completely disconnects from the network
I am running into the same issue recently, so I can provide the details I am seeing on my end.
When the disconnect issue happens, all devices disconnect (both ethernet and WiFi).
The lights will stay on as if nothing happened, but no devices can connect.
After connecting directly to the router via a wired Ethernet connection, I cannot connect to the router in any way (router IP is not found).
For me currently, it occurs 2-3 times a day, typically during high load times. It allows devices to reconnect after about 2-3 minutes.
Firmware is up to date. Running R7000 AC1900 WiFi Router.
Logs from around the time of the failure are below:

Re: XRM570 Nighthawk Pro Gaming completely disconnects from the network
Hello, thank you for the quick responds.
I am having the the same problem as @mastermonopoly discribed.
All ethernet devices and wifi devices are disconnected and the router ip is not found so I can't go into to router. I wanted to add the log file but it only goes back to Thursday, March 26, 2020 18:05:44 and the issue was before that.
I was downloading 2 games and a driver package when the disconnects happened and also 3 other devices on the network. My work laptop, phone and a raspberry pi.
I had the issue before and posted the log on a forum but I can't seem to find it anywere. There were some DOS attack errors in it.

Re: XRM570 Nighthawk Pro Gaming completely disconnects from the network
So it just happened again, but only briefly.
I don't see weird results. But I will now do a >ping -t 192.168.1.1 to see the result if it fails again. Also went to the logs but it's nog 19:56, problem was a few minutes earlier. But the latest log my netgear shows me is dated:
[DumaOS] DHCP lease change., Sunday, March 29, 2020 17:52:08 [DumaOS] DHCP new event., Sunday, March 29, 2020 17:52:08 [DHCP IP: 192.168.1.7] to MAC address 86:41:09:29:82:ef, Sunday, March 29, 2020 17:52:08 [admin login] from source 192.168.1.2, Sunday, March 29, 2020 17:49:50 [admin login] from source 192.168.1.2, Sunday, March 29, 2020 17:49:50
So I can't see any issue.
