You need to move the radius/home location to exclude Spain and the top of France and cover the rest of the EU, you're getting a lot of good pings showing on heatmap

There are a lot of servers within that polygon so shouldn't be an issue getting a game. Did you adjust those settings when you were already on the game?

Hard turn off the console
Remove device from Geo-Filter
Flush cloud from Geo-Filter Map menu
Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter
Setup the Geo-Filter how you would like
Wait 2 minutes
Boot up the client/game

The filter is definitely working in that screenshot, the Spain server is not always available. Please try the steps I said and set it up according to the polygon previously

First, Try to downgrading the original fiwmare: https://kb.netgear.com/000053241/XR500-Firmware-Version-2-0-0-28

And, after-that upgrading again: https://kb.netgear.com/000060464/XR500-Firmware-Version-2-3-2-40

This will uninstall and reinstall Ping Assist and hopefully fix the issue.

You need to give the PC the PlayStation device type in the Device Manager and re-add it to the Geo-Filter selecting the manual option and it will filter better that way

There won't have been a change to the Geo-Filter in that regard, what are your settings and are you seeing any icons being blocked when that failed message appears?
