Cannot register device which has been removed from old account
I have already remove my switch from swtich from old account. But when I want to register device in new account, it still pop a message told me " this device is regitered to another account". Need help.

Deleting the device from a managed network should be sufficient. Double check the device is no longer listed in the other Insight account.
