Re: AC1000
what actual modem do you have?
What router do you have? (hint, ac1000 is a speed)
Also, check the routers ethernet connection. As in, many of the lower end routers aren't gigabit rated. a 10/100mbps router is only going to hit 90mbps (ish)

Not a useful problem description. It does not say what you did. It
does not say what happened when you did it. As usual, showing actual
actions (commands) with their actual results (error messages, LED
indicators, ...) can be more helpful than vague descriptions or
interpretations.

Re: AC1000
What modem is it connected to?
the R6080 isn't a gigabit router. Its only 10/100mbps-fast ethernet. so you aren't going to see >95mbps speeds out of that router.
when it "doesn't have a connection", what actually happens?
do wired devices disconnect? Do wireless devices say "connected, no internet"?
do wireless devices disconnect from the wireless entirely?
Does the wireless stop broadcasting? (can't see the ssid from any device)
Does it happen to all devices at once or to a singular device at a time?
