For the record i am here to let anyone reading this , ( if they dont delete it beforehand) do not buy this model.( or any other netgear for that matter) I bought this wifi unit Dec 5th 2020...i have had nothing but problems with it. It radomely disconnects from the internet at will , and after 3 phone calls to there customer support ( to whom it connects you to people you cannot understand) and resetting of the firmware ( which is garbage) it continues to do the same thing. Then they decided i have a defective peoduct and want me send it back. Here are the options. #1 send it back and wait for them to send you a refurbished unit ( with no wifi for your home) #2. send them 17.00 and they will send you another unit and no waiting. total crap...I took mine back to where i bought it and got a refund and bought another brand of wifi that has worked perefectly...do not buy netgear period ...im out and will never be back peace
