New out of the box. I downloaded nighthawk and it recognizes that the cables are connected but says there is no internet. I can connect directly to my laptop from the modem. My devices recognize that there is a router but it says there is no internet. The modem is comtrend c 5072 t I followed all of the directions through the nighthawk app but still have no internet. I connected my old router back up to the modem and everything is working. I want the new one because it is supposed to be more powerful and give better coverage thank you in advance
