No much to go on. NG doesn't have a "Knight Hawk" product.
There is Nighthawk routers. Models R, RAX and XR.
What router do you have?
What modem/gateway is it connected to?
Are you talking it won't connect using the app or it won't connect to the wifi?
If its to the app, make sure icloud relay and private mac/ip address are both disabled.
If its to the wifi, what error are you getting when you try?
