How to check prior Logs for Netgear Router R7800
Every couple hours our Nighthawlk router loses wifi. All the lights turn off for a second then turn orange before regaining signal. Our modem does not lose signal and ISP confirms service was not lost. When I check the log it only shows data from when it reconnects. Is there a way to check the log prior to losing service? Anyone else have this issue?
Thanks

Which firmware do you have on it? Is it .76?

Re: How to check prior Logs for Netgear Router R7800
If your firmware is 1.0.2.76 or 1.0.2.74 you should revert to version 1.0.2.68
You can find more information here:

Re: How to check prior Logs for Netgear Router R7800
Ok so awhile back what I did was factory reset by holding a toothpick in the reset button for half a minute just to be extra sure. When it asks you to update to the latest firmware (.76) I said yes.
Now here's the kicker: do NOT restore your saved settings. Put them in manually one by one.
I haven't had any issues at all now. You can see my past posts that .76 was giving me lots of problems until I did this (I discussed it in several threads, not just this one.)
