Issues with DNS R7850

Having issues with constant DNS pop ups and not loading webpages without having to refresh. I have rebooted and checked firmware which says it is up to date. I contacted my internet service provider and they sent a new signal now the 2.4 and 5G are no longer working at this point. Is the router no longer any good?

What actual firmware version are you on? 

Some have resolved the issue with enabling IPv6.

Others have actually had to downgrade the firmware to resolve the issue.

Not sure how tell which one i am on. I have just traditionally used the app on my phone to check the firmware to make sure it was up to date.

IPV6 is what i have found out.

You can try manually downgrading the firmware a version. you won't be the first that ran into dns issues on the newer firmware version. 

what you do is download the firmware from the support site. Its under downloads---->view previous versions.
