Issues with Netgear App and Nighthawk r6900v2
I made what I thought was an upgrade from Nighthawk 7000 to Nighthawk r6900v2, router is recognized on router login and devices appear to work, however I could not get the Netgear App to detect router. I've rebooted numerous times to no avail. Please help!

"7000"? "R7000"? You thought that an R6900v2 "was an upgrade from"
an R7000 why, exactly? Because 6900 > 7000?

"could not" is not a useful problem description. It does not say what
you did. It does not say what happened when you did it. As usual,
showing actual actions (commands) with their actual results (error
messages, LED indicators, ...) can be more helpful than vague
descriptions or interpretations.
Does the documentation for "the Netgear App" (whatever that is) list
the routers which it supports? Do you mean the _Nighthawk_ app? Which
version?
