Hi All,
simple question, can you have multiple USB devices connected on the 2 available USB ports of the C7100v?
I can't get to work the USB storage and USB printer at the same time. is it USB storage OR USB printing?
can I get a confirmation of this? if so, why 2 USB port, just give me one. I guess for 2 printers or 2 Storage devices.

Thank you. that confirms that I should be able to have 2 devices ( a printer and storage)
My device is not letting me do that.
I will try again.
Thanks for the pic, my only shows a printer.

If you mean only one device to two ports, then yes. One device in each port. If you mean you want a splitter to add more than two devices, then no.

That should be fine, but we have no idea what you are doing, where it goes wrong, or any error messages you might see.
You have posted your message in the section of this community given over to Nighthawk WiFi Routers. (This is easily done, given Netgear's impenetrable community structure.)
You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers about your hardware, in the appropriate section for your device. That's probably here:

No experience with the specific C7100V. However e.g. the R9000 does allow one USB port for one storage device, and the other USB port for one USB-over-IP ( e.g. for a printer/scanner/MFC) is feasible.

Re: Multiple USB devices
Thanks, that's exactly what I'm trying to do.
I want to use 1 USB port for USB storage Device and the other USB for a printer.
as soon as I connect the USB storage the USB printer stops working.
I'm not able to access neither if I have both of them plugged in at the same time.

What happens when you try?
Have you set up ReadySHARE for printers and storage?
I'm afraid I don't know how we are supposed to interpret that image.

Re: Multiple USB devices
Dude. You come across as a troll.
save your time just typing non-sense.
It's simple question.
Does the C7100V support 2 USB different devices?
1 USB for Printer
1 USB for Storage
for some reason, I can only use 1 at a time. Netgear USB Control Center doesn't show the printer when the USB storage is connected. The printer starts to work when USB storage is removed and unmounted.

Can't help much beyond this point. Unless there is such a limitaiton in place on this router model, the USB sharing should be workable along with the connected/mounted/accessed storage device.
Your screenshot added shows the ReadyShare storage basic settings without a USB storage device plugged (or ejected). The radio buttons of the UI (an awful bad design!) should not represent an either/or selection - it's just to see the different settings resp information pages for ReadyShare Printer.
Are you in the first three months of the C7100V ownership and could open a free support case?
