I was having some trouble connecting to my wifi on my phone so I reset the router in an attempt to get my phone connected but now the wifi is just acting more weird. It works on my computer and on my phones safari on certain websites like this one, however there are some I can’t connect to. I also can’t seem to get the wifi working for any of my mobile apps. If anyone has an idea of how to fix this problem and get me fully back online it would be greatly appreciated!!

That sounds like a "client side" issue.
Have you tried telling your wifi devices to forget the original connection to whatever Netgear router it is that you own.
