Netgear93 Nighthawk AC1900 Model R7000
My internet connection goes in and out every 5 minutes. Xfinity says my modem is okay; system online check.
Is this model obsolete and needs replaced?

What actually happens? WiFi disconnects? On all devices? Wired connections fail? What do the LEDs on the router look like?
What is that modem?
Is this model obsolete and needs replaced?
No, but it is pretty old (2017). Several generations behind the latest technology.

Re: Netgear93 Nighthawk AC1900 Model R7000
the R7000 was actually released in 2013. So an 11 year old device.
What firmware is installed? (please don't say "the latest")
Modem you have from xfinity?
Do all devices drop? Just wireless devices? Xfinity is great at saying "its not our line/modem" so checking that is also a good point

I knew it looked wrong.
I was looking at the manual, Not the data sheet. For once Netgear must have done an update.
