Newly installed router but can not install some smart devices
We just bought the Netgear Nighthawk AC1750 R6700 v.3 router yesterday. All of our smart devices worked well with the previous netgear router. We must have changed the SSID because there was not a transparent transfer. I have spent most of the day trying to add the Lifx mini bulbs and our sleep number bed. I can't even delete the bulbs from the apple tv home app. The sleep number tech people were less than helpful.
We were able to add our garage door opener, our Schlage lock, the Apple TV, the ecobee thermostat and wyze cameras with minimal effort.
I want to rule out the possibility that the new router is not the issue. Any ideas?
