Nighthawk R6700v3 - slow speed over wifi

I switched my modem to CM1100 and updated plan to 600mbps download speed. I tried wired connection with my modem and I am getting 600-650 mbps speed. I tried wired connection with my router as well. However, I am getting only 200-250 mbps over the wifi. I did factory reset, changed firmware version from 1.0.4.106 (latest) to previous (1.0.4.102) still getting low speed. 

Does anyone know whats the fix? Which version will work?

You are not going to see 600Mbps on your wireless. What you are getting my be as good as it gets. Lot of the speed is determined by the client. You did not specify client.

P.S: I am using macbook pro 16" 2019 to run speed tests.
