Nighthawk X6 AC3200 Router turned off and won’t reboot.
See title. 3 days ago my nest thermostat said the router has been off for a day. Went and took a peek as usually the dogs will step on the power strip trip. It was on, rebooted router, it lights up for about 30-45 seconds and turns off. Is it toast? I think I got it in 2015.

Sadly, that doesn't tell us which router you own.
AC3200 is not a unique Netgear model number. Many devices come with the AC/AX tag, but it is essentially a label that Netgear, and others, attach to hardware to describe wifi speeds.
Look at the label on the device for the Model Number. And, if there is one, include the "V" bit to show the hardware version. If there is no V number, then you have V1.

Which lights are on? What does the power LED look like?
Have you checked that the power adapter is OK?

That's about right. Technology has moved on since then. Might be worth considering a replacement.
Just another user with time on their hands.

Turns off doesn't tell us much.
What actually happens?
did the led on/off switch in the back get turned to off?
