Nighthawk X6 R8000 works with Xfinity Cable Modem but not Ziply Fiber.....Setup Issue?

Just got my ZIPLY fiber 1GB fiber service, and plugged the ethernet from wall jack into the INTERNET port on my X6 and no connection.  Connecting to my X6 shows its getting an IP address but there is no Internet . I reset it to factory and reconnected and still no luck.  Is there a setting I need to do on it to work with fiber internet? Any help would be appreciated.

Whats on the other end of that ethernet jack? ziply has modem and router setups.

Have you checked with ziply if there's any settings needed for 3rd party equipment?
