I've had this issue for along time, seemingly when my router gets a new firmware update it slows the download and upload speeds significatly, currently I have been using V1.0.3.66_10.0.50 as this update seems to be the the most recent update that gives me ok speeds. I have tested my speeds with the gateway provided from my isp and the speeds are as they should be, both wifi and Ethernet are affected.
