R6700v3 - not showing a network to log into
My Nighthawk Smart WIFI Router AC1750 isn't showing a light on under the 2.4 ghz network. So the network isn't showing up on my phone or laptop in order to connect to the internet. Only lights are first two on left and a red light under "1". Help please!

have you checked to see if the 2.4ghz radio was disabled.
