My Internet Service Provider claims my router may be slowingdown my upload speed and they suggest changing the settings do the router only selects Channel 1 or 11.
How do I do this?

Thank you! Seems to have helped somewhat. Download speed has been good at just over 100mbps (which is what we are paying for). Upload is around 9mbps (we pay for 10) ... it was below 3mbps before the change.
Getting the same readings for both wired connection and wifi.
