Re: R7000p
My computer and cellphones is connected and it is saying no device connected.
I’m currently not able to access the internet using the Wi-Fi because I accidentally click on do not allowed any new device to connect in access control . I would like to disable it but the www.router net is not working

What Firmware version is currently loaded? Can you log in to the routers web page with a web browser at 192.168.1.1 at all?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?

I'm guessing that you are using an app on a mobile phone to check this. Or is it over wifi?
You are going to have to play around a bit to work out what is going on.
Take this bit:
I would like to disable it but the www.router net is not working
That's where it all starts.
How do you know that it is "not working". What are you doing ti get in there? (Browser on a PC? Something else?)
What happens when you try?
Fix that and you can regain control of your router.
Forget about the firmware at this stage. It isn't likely to have anything to do with your problem.
Does any of this help?

If you cannot login to your router | Answer | NETGEAR Support
It could help if you told us what the modem/router/ONT/black box is that sits between your R7000p and the Internet.
If it is one of those pesky modem/routers that ISPs love yo to foist on customers, that could be fighting with your router and keeping you out of its controls.
I accidentally click on do not allowed any new device to connect in access control .
The simplest way to wipe out that mistake is to reset the router.

But do that and you have to set the thing up all over again, which could land you in deeper doo doo.
Best take things a step at a time.
