I can’t connect to my new router with nighthawk app and also via PC.
The connection to wifi network goes fine but there’s no Internet access. Also I can’t open www.routerlogin.net. I tried to enter the router IP in browser but it directs me to expressvpnrouter.com.
Also the Wifi and WPS buttons lit but when I try to press any of them nothing happen.
Can you suggest how can I fix this? Thanks

There's always a chance of bricking a device when forcing firmware to it.
You can give it a shot.
Some have used tftp or nmrpflash but get back to stock firmware.

Re: Router r6700v3 trouble
You'd want to go through expressvpn for that. They'll be the experts on their firmware and the best way to get it off a router without bricking it.
Or file a complaint with ebay.
