Steaming tv
Sorry for the dumb question 🙂
I'm unable to connect to my streaming on my tv. I was told that I needed to download the nighthawk app and select the one that I want to give access to. BUT I don't know how to go about downloading this.

Re: Steaming tv
Devices don't need the Nighthawk app to connect devices. You have to go thru the devices networking to get it connected.
Unless you have Smart parental controls enabled, should be able to get any device connected using the WiFi SSID name and password set on the router. Check the the devices Mfr support and information on how to get there product connected.
What NG router model do you have ?

Stream from what to what?
What happens when you try?
As @FURRYe38 says this is usually in the hands of whatever streaming devices are involved. In my case, I stream from various things that connect to the router by wifi or wire. Mostly I use one of those Amazon firesticks or my ISPs (BT) player to stream from. In both cases I have to get the "from" device to connect to the Internet and I do that through the device's controls. At no stage does the app come into play.

A lifetime in journalism has taught me that there are no such things as dumb questions, only dumb answers.
I hope mine doesn't fall into that category.
