Traffic is blocked between 2 routers with same Gateway

I have 2 location's in 1 building each with there own R7000 and there own internet access with own outside IP. But the have the same gateway. The probleme is can not open the webpage from the NAS and the OpenVPN between this two location's. It works very wel if I open the webpage and OpenVPN from a different location. I think the problem is the same Gateway or a firewall setiing in the R7000. Who knows the solution?

Solved. What I did. Hard reset. Disable everthing from ReadyShare. At Static route to other router. Enable answer to ping. I did it on both routers.
