add 2nd Mesh extender to AC1750/C6300
I have a AC1750/C6300 modem/router (Spectrum) and presently have a Nighthawk X6S Tri-Band WIFI MESH Extender connected to it. I would like to add another MESH extender to the system. Does Netgear have a MESH extender that will connect to my system.

Re: add 2nd Mesh extender to AC1750/C6300
I just saw that Netgear still sells the Nighthawk X6S extender, so my question becomes can I add a 2nd X6S to my system.

Re: add 2nd Mesh extender to AC1750/C6300
Can you? Yes.
Should you? I usually recommend people move to a full mesh system like orbi versus running multiple extenders.
Reason why is with a full mesh system, there's a router controlling it. With a hybrid system using extenders, there's nothing controlling the system. Extenders can end up connecting to each other and creating a loop.
If you're going to do it, the best way is to go extender<---------router---------->extender
Try not to daisy chain by going router------>extender------>extender
many are able to run multiple extenders while others tend to have nothing but issues. usually those with issues are daisy chaining or running with the extenders to close to each other.
