connectivity
I have a problem with my smart tv connecting to the main wifi signal. It tries to connect but never does. It connects to the guest service just fine but then I can't stream to the TV even when my device that I am streaming from is on the same guest network. Any thoughts?

Connecting a TV to the network is usually best done through the TV's controls and set up routine. The router rarely does much more than spit out the wifi signal. It is then down to the TV to do its thing.
If that is what you are doing, we need something a bit more informative than "never does".
Where possible, it is usually easier to use a wired connection from the router to the TV. It is easier to set up and less likely to fall over. If you can't run Ethernet cables around the place, you could look into Powerline Ethernet. It turns your mains wiring into an Ethernet circuit.

Re: connectivity
Yes of course I am connecting through the setup function on the TV. It has connected in the past but for some odd reason will not now. It goes from obtaining IP to connected to not connected. I am using Night Hawk mesh system MR60

This could be because you have set it up to stop guest devices from talking to each other.
Unfortunately the manual for the device (the MK62) is silent on guest networks and is no help in telling you how to check that.
