"It"? Is the whole product label missing, or only the model number, or what?
Not a very detailed description of anything. A vague description of what some device does _not_ have is less useful than a clear description of what it _does_ have. Use your words?

_Which_ "the pasword", and how do you know it?
If your (unspecified, undescribed) "my netgeare box" is a router, then you might connect a computer to it, point a Web browser at its likely IP address, and see if you can extract some info from it that way.
Some people might open the box and look around.
Attaching a photograph of it to your next, more informative message might help some. Almost anything would be more helpful than, "I have something in my hand. Guess what it is."
