r6700 replacement power cord
Hi there, In a recent move I seem to have lost the power cord for my r6700 nether nighthawk router. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement power cord?
Thanks

Re: r6700 replacement power cord
Netgear doesn't sell replacment power supplies but you can get generic ones off amazon for pretty reasonable.
They just need to have the exact same voltage/polarity and at least the same amount of amps.
what version r6700 do you have? they took different power supplies

As @plemans says, generic adaptors are the answer. (Check that you don't have something suitable lying around.)
I chip in only to suggest that some of the on-line retailers will make compatibility claims for their adapters. Most Netgear kit has the same specs. So that might help to home in on possible candidates.
Try a search for "12 volt adapter netgear". You might be surprised. You need 3.5A or whatever it says on the router's label.
