Problem solved by doing the following steps
1. Reset to factory default setting
2. QoS : Disable
3. Smart Connect : Disable
4. Setup the some port forward and LAN IP reserve
5. Other features .. e.g. parent control, new security features ... OFF
I have not reset my router since 2-3 years ago, I susepect it cause the problem.
Above setting works without issue in last few days. I didn't test other senario (e.g. try to enable QoS..etc) since I already got what I want.
It will be great if I can have QoS and Smart Connect enable ... but I was too tired to perform any testing further.
Hope this help others who has the same problem.
