Broadcast angle of antennas on MK62 (MR60/MS60)

I've seen this article https://community.netgear.com/t5/WiFi-Range-Extenders-Nighthawk/Is-there-a-preferred-way-to-angle-an..., and was wondering if it applies to the new MK62s?

Curious if the antennas are optimized for the router and satellites being spread horizontally versus vertically - in the case of a multi-story house, and whether there'd be any benefit in placing a unit upside down on the top floor ... assuming the antennas are optimized to work up and out like in the above diagram?
