Firmware update for MK63?

HI

How come there is only a hotfix for the MK63 (1.0.6.112 - Hot Fix) and NOT an actual Firmware Update?

Anyone?

What do you think a hotfix is? 

Its literaly the firmware with a small change to address a problem.
