How to hidden SSID on Nighthawk MK62

I bought Nighthawk MK62 but I'm not found where to hidden my SSID....

Please teach me.

Hi waihongso and WaiMan,

The problem deemed to be solved after I upgrade the firmware to the latest one (released on 3 Aug 2020). You can download them (for both router and satellite) through the link below:

Hi WaiMan,

Please log into the router by visiting the admin page. Then click on ADVANCED>Advanced Setup>Wireless Settings and uncheck the "Enable SSID Broadcast" box.

I unchecked the box and click "apply", but my SSID still appear in the wifi list. This function deemed to be not working. Would you advise another method to hide the SSID? Many thanks.

FWIW: Hiding the SSID does not add any security. While the name is not broadcast, it does come back in the probe response so the client does pick the right data from the configured wireless networks. Any average script kiddy can capture 802.11 management, control, and data frames. Even more, a hidden SSID does make a much more popular target - because somebody does think he has something to hide.
