I am trying to set up my Arlo account but I was told by the Arlo help desk that 2 ports on my R7000 router are not working (I think it was port 80 and port 443). How do I check this or fix this?

Hi RevivalV,
Those ports should be open by default. If it is close, try opening it via port forwarding.
