The control you shown this has not fixed anything - as it does not change anything on the router configuration.
We're always keen to learn however.

Re: 28743565
Help us out here with a bit more information.
What Netgear hardware is this?
What are you using to connect to the 5GHz wifi?
Apologies for the questions. But you can help people to help you by providing the information suggested in this forum's header:
Subject (Include model number and brief summary)
Model (Recommended - Helps the community give the best answers)
Body (Include additional detail including model version, firmware, OS and environment where relevant.)
They are there for a good reason.

Netgear81 Netgear81

That is not the model number. Your picture cuts off the bit that shows the model number.
Netgear81 is the SSID, the wifi source that you should connect to, using the password in the slot underneath it.
Is that what you are using when you get the "WiFi is out of range" message?
If you visit the support pages:
you can feed in the model number and find all the documentation for your hardware.

Re: 28743565
The CM400 in tour footer is a cable modem. It does not do wifi.
I repeat, what is the model number of your router?
It should begin with an R and look something like RXXXX.

It says that the WiFi is out of range when it is located right underneath my android box
This reads like a bad idea, for thermal reasons, for interference reasons, ... you might want to consider an Ethernet connection instead.
@Auroradawn wrote:
Why is it that when I select my 5G it says it is out of range...
Unclear and vague. Does this Android box list the 5G network name on air, or are you trying to connect it to a stored connection profile, ...? Depending on the age and source of this Android box, it might be unable to work on the channels currently operational on your router - for example if one or the other was designed and designated to work under a different regulatory domain.

Re: 28743565
And the Android box is ...?
Can you see and connect the router 5G network from other devices, e.g. a mobile phone?
What do you see on this Android box? A photo might help to understand your question a little bit better.

Re: 28743565
Not up to speed, but no so long ago the Fire TV and Firestick clients had no support for the DFS channels https://www.amazonforum.com/forums/devices/fire-tv/466853-fire-stick-cant-find-5g-wifi
For the Bravia, similar limitations might apply ... if really located just above -> BRAVIA TV Support: How to connect the TV to a network using a wired connection
If you are located in the US, you might try to change change the router to channels 36-48 or 149-165 - these are the only non-DFS channels under FCC regulatory.

You are looking at the 2.4 GHz interface .... head over to the 5 GHz one.

Re: 28743565
11? That is the 2.4Ghz area. 5Ghz is 36 - 48 by 4's or for a 2nd band on some routers for 5Ghz 149 -161 by 4's
Seems you do not have the 5Ghz on by any chance?

That is a channel for 2.4 GHz wifi, as @schumaku says. It has nothing to do with 5 GHz wifi.
Any devices you own that don't support 5 GHz will see only the 2.4 GHz.
We still do not know what you are trying to connect to what. Unless you have changed it, they need to connect to a wifi source that has the Netgear81 SSID shown on the label on your router.
If you visit the support pages:
you can feed in the model number, pick the one you own, and find all the documentation for your hardware.

Re: 28743565
To my knowledge, the Nighthawk App does not offer any control over the wireless channels why ever.
Use the router Web UI (the web based Genie) ideally, e.g. via http://routerlogin.net
