AC1750 not detecting internet from CM1000
Set up my new modem tonight through Xfinity. Modem has internet but when I connect to the router the router shows no internet.
I tested the modem and it provides internet when connected directly to my Xbox through the Ethernet cable.
I’ve tried the process of unplugging everything and then doing modem + 2 minutes -> then router
Any advice?

Re: AC1750 not detecting internet from CM1000
power off the modem and the router. Disconnect everything from both, even coax from the modem. You can even try a factory reset on the router to ensure it isn't an old setting causing issue. Push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on.
Wait a couple minutes.
Then connect coax back to the modem. power it on. give it 3 minutes to fully boot.
Then connect lan cable from modem to wan port on router.
power the router on. Wait 3-5 minutes for it to fully boot.
Is the ethernet connection showing connected/usable on the modem and the router at this poitn?
If so, try setup on the router.
