Can I set the WAN port to 100Mbps/Full Duplex no Auto negotiations on R6900?

I need to set the Internet port on the AC1900/R6900 to fixed 100mpbs full duplex no auto negotiation to be used in shared business location. I looked and searched on how to do so in the setup and configuration of the router to no avail. Is it possible to do so for this router?

If yes, how, and if now, which Netgear router allows that function? Thanks

Why?  Why is autonegotiation unsatisfactory?  What is the actual
problem which you are trying to solve?

I've never seen any Netgear consumer-grade router which offered a
manual setting for that.

If there _were_ some good reason, then I'd consider interposing a
10/100MHz network hub/switch, which should get the desired result from
the usual autonegotiation.  Or use a four-conductor cable.

   (Note: "m" = "milli" = 1/1000. "M" = "mega" = 1000000.)

Re: Can I set the WAN port to 100Mbps/Full Duplex no Auto negotiations on R6900?

I just rented a small space in a shared facility. I am a small business and they set me up with my own static IP and dedicated port on their switch. The center requires the setup above to allow me to connect to their switch. I can't afford a large router (or have the know how to configure). What switch can I purchase to place in front of the r6900 router to give the 100mpbs full duplex?

Thank you,

Elie Habib.

Why?  Why do they require _your_ device to work without
autonegotiation?  To me, that sounds very unlikely.  Even if their
device is configured with a fixed speed, I'd expect an R6900 to figure
it out (autonegotiate), and work properly.

Any switch which says "10/100" (and not "10/100/1000" or "gigabit")
would limit the link rate to 100Mb/s, but I'd expect any cheap unmanaged
switch to use autonegotiation.  If you really want to avoid
autonegotiation, then you'd need a managed switch.

But I really doubt that you need to do any of this.  I'd certainly
want to run the experiment before I went shopping for more equipment.
