logging in router to verify security questions it doesn't like info they are the same response?????

If you have forgotten the password, or the system has got its nickers in a twist, the only way to regain control is to reset the thing to its factory defaults. Then you can use the default login details.
There is support material, including a manual, for the R7000 somewhere at the end of this link:
