Netgear Router R9000 devices cannot see 2.4

devices cannot see 2.4 even though the admin site says that 2.4 is connected to the internet and producting a signal.   I have rebooted but have not done a factory reset.

What firmware version are you on? 

Is it all devices?

Did you try the factory reset (after your post)?

Are you using smart connect?

Firmware v1.0.5.38
I am not using smart connect
Started after a long power outage reconnected power after about 6 hours and now devices cannot discover 2.4 issue is some devices only use 2.4
I have not done a factory reset yet.

Try reinstalling the firmware to it. Maybe something was corrupted during the power outage. 

If that doesn't help, then try the factory reset.
