Nighthawk X6 AC3200 Smart WiFi Router (R8000) - cannot login to Readycloud
This question seems to have been asked before, but to my best knowledge it hasn't been given an all solving answer so far.
Some have suggested the router be reset to factory settings, others have advised on a firmware downgrade. I haven't tried any of those due to that being a great inconvenience.
SCENARIO :
I have connected a USB external HD to my router. It shows up as a share in my local network.
I can log in to My Netgear account at http://readycloud.netgear.com fine. But after log in, I see "No devices discovered" or "Currently you have no registered or shared devices".
In the router under USB services settings, I see this.
When trying to register the USB drive and connect it to Readycloud, I get this
when I use my Netgear login. When trying to create a ReadyCLOUD account I'm directed to a page where I'm already logged in with my my Netgear account.
Am I overlooking something basic here? Any suggestions how to troubleshoot this one? Step by step for a newbie?
Regards,
/Claes
