Struggling to get my kid to play online with nba 2k. Forum and other guides says I need to port forward and it seems like I have the right ports but unsure I have inputted it correctly.
Can someone check if I inputted it correctly or guide me through this?
Some of the non-psychics in your audience might not know what you've been reading where. Or anything at all about "nba 2k".

Those _are_ port-forwarding rules. Is the game system at that IP address? As you can see, except as a comment, that report does not show the protocol(s) (TCP, UDP), so I'm taking your word for them.
"not working" or "Struggling" is not a useful problem description. It does not say what you did. It does not say what happened when you did it. As usual, showing actual actions (commands) with their actual results (error messages, LED indicators, ...) can be more helpful than vague descriptions or interpretations.
