I have just purchased a Netgear Nighthawk r700.
Is there a way to do QOS based on IP on this thing? I ran into my xfinity 1 tb limit by streaming 4k, so I want to limit my tv's for example to 15mbit or something similar, i switched the connection to my 2.4 ghz band and limited that to 54 mbit, at least now the HD conntent doesnt show on netflix etc, but I want to slow down based on MAC address/IP is there an alternative firmware from netgear i can buy that would give extra options?
Thanks,
Tim Salas

Hi,
You can only change the priority(low, medium, high) per device. It does support per MAC address/IP and specific bandwidth per device.
