R6700 needs to reset constantly
Hello All
I'm using firmware v1.0.2.8 on r6700 and it keeps losing connection several times a day. is this a firmware issue or do i need a new router?

Re: R6700 needs to reset constantly
First reboot, then upgrade to V1.0.2.16_10.0.57. I never have to reboot this version. If that doesn't work, try another wall wart with the same output voltage and amps if you can find one.

Re: R6700 needs to reset constantly
Mine was flaky until I downgraded to the firmware that was recommended above (which predates the Armor misfeature), and TURNED OFF AUTOUPDATE. The first time I stepped it back, I neglected to nix the autoupdate, and it ran just fine for a bit under 18 hours before it reinstalled the bugs and then crashed before lunch. Since stepping it back and killing the update option, it runs solid and stable.
