What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

It seems several versions of the firmware for this router have that issue. Try updating to the latest version 1.0.11.128 or the oldest known stable version .42 . I currently use .128, which does have the reboot issue, but usually only once every day or two with the network coming back in about 5 minutes or via a quick reboot.
,42 is old but fairly stable as far as that goes.
No idea why netgear can't figure out the stability issues, but it has been a problem with this router for a few years now.
